REFUND, REVISION & DIGITAL SERVICE POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
Because services are custom and time is reserved for each project, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether work has begun and what has already been completed.
AFTER WORK BEGINS
Once custom work has begun, completed work and reserved creative time may be non-refundable. Any approved refund may exclude work already performed and payment processing costs where permitted.
REVISIONS
Revisions are included within the purchased package. They refine the agreed direction. Major changes, a new direction after approval or work outside package scope may require an additional fee.
TURNAROUND
The turnaround period begins after payment and all required questionnaire information and files are received. Delayed customer responses pause or extend the timeline.
DIGITAL SERVICES
These packages are custom digital services. No physical product is shipped. Final files are delivered digitally.
